Prior to removing his mask/headgear, he possessed some technology that gave him command prompts but also provided logistical data.
Yiegren has superhuman durability showing the ability to survive tank shells, superhuman strength as he catches the globe from a branch of the Daily Planet before it would crush Harley Quinn and then tosses said globe, and super sight as he is able to cover long distances and gain detailed images, however, it is not explained whether that ability is technological or genetic.
