Born on the parallel universe of Sliding Albion, Yngvi was a member of the Royal House of of that earth and an underling to Regis, absolute ruler of the world. He was tasked with the role of ruling in the British Kingdom on that parallel universe after the royal house of the Windsor was brutally deposed.
His rule however was brief, as he and Regis were killed by members of the Authority as retaliation on an attack on their earth.
