Creation
Yuriko Takagi (?? ???, Takagi Yuriko) is a side character of the manga series Highschool of the Dead that was written by Daisuke Sato and illustrated by Shouji Sato. The series first began serialization in Fujimi Shobo’s Monthly Dragon Age magazine in July 2006.
Her first appearance was in Hightschool of the Dead Volume 3 CH. 9 “The DEAD Way Home”.

She has used a CZE VZ 83 sub-machine-gun and a FN Browning M1910 pistol strapped to her thigh, and she’s the one who gave her daughter the Kiku Crest Luger P08.

Highschool of the Dead
Her first anime appearance was in Highschool of the Dead – Episode 6 “The Dead Way Home”. Her character in the Japanese series is voiced by Yoshiko Sakakibara, and the U.S. dub produced by Section 23 is done by Shelley Calene-Black.
