Zangief

Story

Zangief was known as the most skilled professional wrestler in the Soviet Union. Zangief was called by a man named Erai Hi to participate in the second World Warrior Tournament to represent his country.

Zangeif started to train for the tournament in the frigid climates of Siberia. During Zangief’s training in Siberia, he wrestled arctic animals such as polar bears, he gained battle scars from his encounters. During a battle with a polar bear Zangeif was lifted up by a cyclone when he was pile driving the bear, which gave him his trade mark spinning pile driver. Zangief returned from his fierce training in the brutal temperatures in the arctic known as the red cyclone, he was ready to show off all the power he has gained from his harsh training.

Zangief is very patriotic, he opposed the actions of the Shadaloo Criminal Organization (Leader M. Bison holds the tournaments). During his battles Zangief has to fight a very big fan of his , a Japanese pro wrestler named R. Mika, then co-operates with E. Honda to destroy M. Bisons Psycho Drive weapon.
