Created by Stanley Kendrick Perkins in one 1948 issue of Scion’s Big Win Comic, deceased horoscope compiler Eusebius Zom was granted the commendable power of transforming humans so they could solve their own problems by strange astrological entities. Working briefly with U.N. super-team The Seven Stars in 1964, Zom was eventually discorporated in 1966 by weirdo aristocrat The Duke De Richleau, which was certainly an unfortunate turn of the zodiac.
He grants victims of injustice the power to stand up to injustice, but transforming them into super strong people.
