Daughter of crime lord Jasper C. Koontz, the richest man in Slam City. When Jasper died and left all his fortunes to Darlene Spritzer, Zulya tried to have her killed and her bodyguard Lobo imprisoned. Lobo and Darlene managed to escape from Slam City, sending the city into a black hole in the process and killing Zulya, her relatives and all other inhabitants of Slam City.
