Using the Time Slip Generator, an invention of Donatello‘s from the future, Armaggon traveled to the past, salvaging items of importance from Null’s deep sea dump. There he fought and beat Merdude and Man-Ray, kidnapping Merdude in the process. The Future TMNT versions of Raphael and Donatello recruited their past selves along with Leonard o, Michaelangelo, Master Splinter, and Ninjara to fight Armaggon and his allies Shredder and Verminator-X in the future, ultimately the Turtles won, rescueing Merdude and the future versions of Michaelangelo and Leonardo. Armaggon would later resurface, once again targetting Merdude and Man-Ray.
In the IDW comics, Armaggon is reimagined as a Lovecraftian monster.
