Origin
Stiletto received superhuman powers when Detonator unintentionally set off a gene bomb. When the bomb went off, Stiletto was an army brat who got electrocuted as water connected with a computer system. She instantly became aware of all U.S. military data throughout the United States.
Creation
Stiletto was created by Chaos Comics‘ original duo, Brian Pulido and Steven Hughes.
Character Evolution
Out scavenging in Los Angeles with his teammates, she came across the Ravengers. Their fight was joined by Detonator. Roulette, her teammate, changed into the powerfull Reactor. Mindbender, a member of the Ravengers, abducted Reactor to bring back to Messiah, the underground crimelord.
Stiletto and her teammates persuaded Detonator to join them in rescuing Reactor. Forcing their way into the Compound, Mindbender influenced Stiletto to attack Detonator. Mindbender’s influence over Stiletto ended, when Detonator shot Mindbender through the head.
Powers
Stiletto is able to extend her fingers into talons and energize them, enabling them to slice through flesh and bone.
