A native of earth 3, Ultragirl is the evil doppelganger of Supergirl. She was recruited by Monarch for his army and then attack earth 51 and capture Ray Palmer.
She, along with Power Ring and an evil version of Booster Gold, ambushed the Challengers of Beyond but were not enough to capture Atom. Later, Jason Todd would mortify her more when depiste not having power, was capable to stop her in a fight hand to hand… plus a knife.
