Blue Duke

Defeating two pilots from the French 40th Pursuit Squadron on the western front of World War II, the Blue Duke sends a challenge to Loop Logan. The Duke delivers his message by dropping it in a small parachute from his Messerschmidt fighter plane. Major Leroux allows the air duel to happen, and Loop goes in pursuit of the Blue Duke. After finding that his gun has been tampered with, Loop fixes it. He catches up to his opponent and shoots down the Duke’s plane in the battle.

Loop is confused to see Lieutenant Villon escape the Duke’s plane by parachute. On the ground, Logan confronts Villon, who reveals himself to be a German pilot. Villon captures Loop, returning him to the German airbase. Loop is held with Lieutenant Boyer, a move Villon expressed as unwise to his Nazi comrades. Loop and Boyer manage to escape and steal Nazi planes and wreak havoc on the base. Villon’s fate is unknown, although it can be presumed that he died in the attack.
