History
The Captain first encountered the Legion when the sea-cargo craft he was piloting was attacked by a flier which released a rocket-powered chain that grappled and unbalanced the huge water-hovercraft. The Captain and his crew were saved from harm by Legionnaires, but the ship’s cargo was hijacked by the pirate craft, secretly operated by Grimbor. The sealed cargo was a crystal with which Grimbor powered his Earth chains. Captain Baktra, who had always had a great fear of water and could not swim, never recovered from this incident and requested land duty.
