Captain Beta Tos from the Interstellar Shield Watch joined IncerCEPT to prevent interdimentional breaches. She worked under the command of the Darkstar Jack Nebula, but she was choosed leader after teh Darkstar fired Jack, revealed to be the twin brother of Kindred Marx.
