Duke was a member of Les Enfents du Sang, though not a very high-ranking one. When some violence needed to be done, Duke was just the man to do it. He was cocky and confident that he could take anyone.
Unfortunately for him, he tried to take Tulip. She pulled out her gun and shot him in the chest, causing him to fly through the window and fall to his death on the street below.
