Origin
Fallon of the FBI was a trough as nails special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation who worked mostly by himself ferreting out spies, saboteurs and other foreign ne’er-do-wells who were trying to do our country ill.
He was also known for having a special charm for lady spies who almost always fell for him. Not that it did the Commie fem fatales any good!
