Creation:
Jess Chambers was created by writer Ivan Cohen and artist Eleonora Carlini for DC’s Very Merry Multiverse special. Kid Quick will be part of the Justice League in DC Future State event.
Origin:
On Earth 11 Jess Chambers is the nibling and apprentice of Jesse Quick. On New Year’s Eve when the Justice Guild was making a public appearance in Gotham City, they were attacked by Starrla the Star Conqueress. The sidekick of the heroes came together as the Teen Justice in order to save their mentors.
Future State:
Sometime in the future Jess became aware of a conspiracy which threatened Earth 0 and journeyed there to warn the people of the impending danger. Jess chose to stay on Earth 0 and adopted the Flash mantle. During a Crisis which involved Starro and Darkseid, Jess joined a reformed Justice League to save the multiverse. They went around the league anti fraternization policy to date Princess Andy in secret.

They can tap into the Speed Force saying Speed formula 3X2(9YZ)4A.

- Speed Lending: They can temporally share their speed with others
- Dimensional Travel: They can easily move through the multiverse and bring others too.
- Dimensional Awareness: They can determine where they are in the multiverse by sensing vibrational frequencies.
