Kindred Grim came from a world where everybody have a twin brother. He and his brother Kindred Marx found their soulmates in the sisters Kindred Sol and Kindred Blue. However before the wedding the brides were attacked and Kindred Blue was killed. Traumatized, Kindred Sol run away. Grim blamed Marx for the death of Blue and became enemy of his brother.
Under the alias of Jack Nebula, Kindred Grim joined the Darkstars and InterCEPT and attacked repeadly Marx who had created a rave called the Event Horizont, accussing him of crimes of dimensional tresspassing. As his attacks became more and more violent and his actions more radical, his superiors at the Darkstars and his teamates of InterCEPT questioned his motivations and rescinded his membership of both organizations. But that didn’t mattered to Grim. His real objetive was the same as Marx, to find Kindred Sol.
It was Grim who had killed Kindred Blue by absobing all her power. With that power Grim pretended to merge the matter universe with the antimatter universe of Qward. Allied himself with the Predators of Qward, Grim absorbed the power of Sol and started the proccess. Grim had absorbed so much of the energy of Sol until almots killed her. Grim didn’t expect than his brother, Marx, in an act of compassion, unusual for him, gave Sol his own energy and powers to save his life. With renovated vigor, Sol and Rex, the Wonder dog, distracted Grim for a moment but enough to make his plans fail. With this chance lost, the Predator gave Grim the promised reward in case of failure: his own demise under his claws.
