A young Japanese-Chinese female who has no superpowers whatsoever, but is a master in the ancient art of flamendo (a martial arts that combines flamenco dance moves with aikido styled combat). She has a peculiar hobby : forging weapons. She is the daughter of the head of the jakuza, and a candidate (by heritage) to succeed him. Her half-sister Wang Mu hates her and is bend on taking her place at the head of the family. Li Xiong herself is not interested that in the position, but also distrusts her sister. She takes up the position as head of the crime family, provided she can stay in France to terminate her acadamic study.
Her name in Chinese means Little Panda, but she is annoyed when people call her by that. She has feelings for Wong Fei Long, but finally falls for Ombre. Because she and Ombre spend some time in the underworld where the time moved faster, she has aged some years adn become smore mature then her friends.
