Not much is known about the history of Malcolm Reeves, but he was a self-hating mutant. His wife threatened to out him once and he went berserk. He was killed during a scuffle with Bryson Bale, they fell out of a window and were killed on impact.

Malcolm was able to generate and psionically control fire. He was able to turn himself into a fiery skeleton, akin to Fever Pitch, but he was able to turn it off and on.
