Suicide Squad (2021: Assault on Arkham)
Not much is known about Peter Howard aka Mindwarp. Most details about him came from his short stint on the Suicide Squad and mini bio given to Peacemaker that describes him as: a true psychopath with mind manipulation powers over humans. He may be powerful but is not to be trusted
Amanda Waller sent in Mindwarp, Superboy(secretly Match), Nocturna, Exit, and Culebra to help fellow teammates return form what seemed like an out of control mission at Arkham Asylum. During the mission Joker’s poisonous gas was released and though Mindwarp had been wearing a mask it was cracked which lead to him breathing in the gas and presumably dying.
The Squad In Hell (Hellbound)
Task Force X eventually runs back into a vindictive Mindwarp in actual Hell when on a mission. Mindwarp has developed a new team in hell called, “The Hell Squad,” and they attack the current living squad.
The Hell Squad Line Up:
Though they fight well against the squad and almost win they are eventually beaten with help form Major Force.
By the end of the Hellbound story arc we see Amanda Waller state to a shocked Culebra surrounded by dead members of the squad that, “Even death can’t get you out of the Suicide Squad now.”

Mind-manipulation – Example: Told an Arkham officer to shoot himself in the foot and the officer did just that.
