Mr. Bond is the subject of a scheming psychologist named Dr. Harris who attempts to extort money from the elderly man. Miss Joan Bond, the daughter, discovers the plot and enlists the aid of Detective Speed, Richy the Amazing Boy, and Rang-a-Tang to foil the plot.
