The Goon: Chinatown and the Mystery of Mr. Wicker

The origin of Mr. Wicker — originally the man named Stuart Santino, a friend of The Goon and the brother of Mirna Santino, a performer at Norton’s Pub. Stuart performed a dark ritual of sorts using a book of black magic and became the being known as Mr. Wicker, a super strong, invulnerable entity that could also ignite itself aflame. Using his newfound power Stuart fought The Goon several times and won; however, in their final encounter The Goon was able to kill him after Frankie destroyed the book that had given him his power, thus exposing Stuart from within the defensive exterior of Mr. Wicker and reverting him back into a normal mortal being.

Labrazio v. The Goon

Mr. Wicker was revived and recruited as a henchman to help Labrazio in his return to power and to aid him in defeating The Goon. He served as an enforcer and was sent to kill The Goon by Labrazio. Unfortunately for him, The Goon proved too strong, and was able to counter Mr. Wicker’s strength and pyrokinesis with a fireman’s axe and a healthy supply of water, dousing him and chopping him to pieces, leading to his death.

Powers & Abilities

Mr. Wicker is a supernatural being and as such has an enhanced degree of physical strength and durability, having demonstrated the ability to go toe to toe with The Goon.

He seems to have a degree of regenerative properties and was able to heal himself after half of his face was blown apart by a shotgun blast, though there appears to be a limit to how much (and how quickly) he can regenerate.

Mr. Wicker also possess the ability to light himself on fire; showing some sort of pyrokinesis that causes no damage to himself but makes him harder to combat in one on one combat.
