Obsessed with florist Mary Boone, he one day attacked and raped her. He was sentenced to imprisonment for this act. However, Mary became pregnant and, against her mother’s wishes, she kept the baby. She bore a son, whom she named Aaron. Once out of prison, Nigel discovered her whereabouts and went to visit her. He again attacked her and tried to kill her, angry at her for leaving him. Aaron suddenly came home and saw Nigel strangling his mother. He grabbed a kitchen knife and plunched it into Nigel’s head, thus killing him.
