Origin
Pete Blute is one of six brothers Blute. Originally led by Sam Blute, Pete and his brothers Michael, Steve, Jimmy and Nicholas killed Sam. Sam’s daughter, upon discovering the foul play through letters from her mother, faked her own death and came back years later to take revenge as Jennifer Blood.

Pete Blute is created by writer Garth Ennis and artist Adriano Batista.
Major Story Arcs
A normal housewife by day, Jessica Blute disguises herself at night as Jennifer Blood. Armed and fully planned, she goes after her uncles one by one. She saves Pete for last. Jennifer infiltrates his house, kills all his guards, shoots Pete and paralyzes his body, rendering him unable to move or speak. She tells him her life story and after several hours, he dies from the gunshot in his abdomen.
