Born in New Mexico, the monster known as Pre-History, was discovered by a scientist who uncovered his egg but had to leave as the U.S. military detonated an atomic bomb for testing .The atomic Radiation caused the egg to mutate, it`s molecular structure reverted back to its non fossilized form and caused the dinosaur not only to live but to grow well past its normal height .It grew at least a hundreds of feet tall and headed toward the west .Apparently Pre-History also had a strange poisionious germ that eminated from his body and killed many people .The U.S.Military tried to stop it but failed so The Human Torch and Toro were called in to assisit .Unable to stop Pre-History ,as it was named by the Human Torch .It was heading for San Francisco ,so the Human Torch and Toro decieded to drown the monster .Using a U.S. submarine the Human Torch an Toro  blasted Pre-History in the legs and into the water he went .They burned of his lower muscles and he drowned .
