History

Reboot; Earth-247

The Legion Academy was established not by the Legion, but by their governing authority: the United Planets. As such, any world could send candidates for training and candidates could be volunteers. Quite a while later, the U.P made good on the promise to establish a training fund and established the Legion Cadet Program. Among these cadets were Amp Girl, Polar Boy, Comet Queen, Babbage, and Retro. When the Legion was largely out of commission, Chuck Taine called in the Legion Cadets for assistance.

Power and Abilities

Retro had the ability to make time go backwards for short durations of time and in limited spaces.

Equipment

As member of the Legion Cadet Program, Retro is allowed the use of a Legion Flight Ring. The ring gives its wearer the ability to fly, the speed and range of which is determined by the wearer’s willpower. It also acts as a long-range communicator (enabling constant vocal contact with other Legionnaires, even across vast distances of space), a signal device, and a navigational compass, all powered by a micro-computer built inside the ring.

One of the many cadets who joined to the Legion academy in the Legion World. He soon made a friendship with Amp girl and shared with her their cyberphobia towards Legion cadet Babbage.
