Origin
Sandra Fulton is the daughter of Jim Fulton. Her father invented the Fulton Submarine and became a target of a man named Cortez to steal the blue prints. Sandra and her sister Joan Fulton were given a coin that was access to the blue prints of the submarine but a person needed all three to get them. Her was eventually stabbed to death in his sleep by Cortez to get the first coin and Joan was kidnapped for the same reason.
