Skank and Tom Tom murdered a man with downs syndrome and Skank was quickly beheaded by the Crow afterwards.
Creation
In the Crow comic Skank is not established as one of T-Bird’s crew. His partner Tom Tom however is. In the film Skank and Tom Tom seem to be a composite of both characters. In the comic he is killed after Tin Tin and Top Dollar. In the film he is killed after Tin Tin, Funboy, and T-Bird.
