Origin
His parents run a post office. McGinty has probably been skinny all his life. Initially he was rejected by the Army because he was too skinny, but his heroic deeds got him drafted anyway. On one of his adventures, he got married to an indian woman named Yak-Yak Nightingale.
Powers &Abilities
His hands are so big he can use them as sails. And if he flaps his hands hard, he can even fly.
