Stonecutter is the avatar of Raggadorr. He and his other fellow Exemplars were trying to build the God Machine , which would have slain humanity for the Exemplars’ purposes.

Powers and Abilities
Stonecutter is incredibly strong and durable . He was able to hold his own against the Juggernaut . As the Building Exemplar , he can create various devices and weapons, such as magical cannons. He can even create imprisonment fields, that could bind all the Avengers , even such powerful ones as Thor, Hercules and Wonder Man. He is responsible for building the God Machine.
