Terror Unlimited was a group of terrorist that wore armored suits and took several civilians hostage inside the Skyline Restaurant located in the World Trade Center including Mary Jane Watson. Terror Unlimited executed their plan called Operation Shakedown and demanded a large sum of cash and a Concorde to fly themselves out of the country. They threatened to blow up the Twin Towers with a nuclear device if their demands were not met. However, their operation failed when they were defeated by Spider-Man and Scarlet Spider.
Creation
Terror Unlimited was created by Tom Lyle and Ron Lim in 1995 and first appeared in Spider-Man Unlimited # 8.
Weapons & Equipment
Terror Unlimited wore armored suits that provided them flight and they could fire missiles and unleash a barrage of bullets from their wrist gauntlets. The leader of the group also had a special lens over the right eye that provided enhanced sight and would warn him if an enemy was in close proximity.
