Wacky Witch was a witch searching for a place to stay until deciding to assist King Dingaling against his enemies. He decided to let her stay in a spare tower within his own castle. She would pay no rent but would have to help him again in the face of any future emergency. Since the King had several enemies and was prone to errors, Wacky effectively got a full-time job as protector of the entire kingdom.
