A NAZI officer who was in charge of a concentration camp in Poland during World War II. He married Elizabeth Lewis an American writer of children’s books and they had one son. He never mentioned his evil past to his wife. When the truth of his past was revealed he ended up committing suicide in front of his son. The suicide left an emotional scar on his son’s life.
