Abraham Lincoln

Born in Hardin County, Kentucky in 1809, he was not well educated but became a lawyer and senator in Illinois.

Abraham Lincoln was president during the Civil War and later assassinated by John Wilkes Booth. Historians consider his two greatest achievements to be keeping the Union together during the Civil War and his signing of the Emancipation Proclamation which at least in theory freed all the slaves owned in the United States.

There have been many reports through the years of Lincoln’s ghost being seen in the White House. Some speculate that the tremendous agony that Lincoln must have suffered over the awul loss of life in the Civil War may have caused his spirit to be restless and stay Earthbound.

As one of the presidents raised from the dead, Lincoln joins George Washington‘s initiative to burn the United States to the ground in hopes of starting from scratch. Deadpool hopes to squash the rebellion at Independence Hall. Deadpool then makes a joke about how he was killed by an actor. Then Lincoln gets the jump on him and shoots him in the back of the head, straight through the left eyeball, John Wilkes Booth style.

In Alterna Comics Jesus hates Zombies series Lincoln hates werewolves and kills them for a living. After some time-traveling he befriends Jesus and they team up to fight werewolves, zombies, dinosaurs and other creatures.
