Billy Beezer

Origin

Very little is known about Billy Beezer. Probably a runaway, he at some point came into contact with Melmoth, who invited him to join his child gang, the Deviants. Billy Beezer was made the leader of the gang following the departure of the previous leader,

Creation

Billy Beezer was created by Grant Morrison and Frazer Irving. He made his first appearance in Seven Soldiers: Klarion #3.

Major Story Arcs

Seven Soldiers of Victory

Introduced to the newly-arrived Klarion, Billy takes an instant dislike to the boy, who he perceives as a threat to his place in the gang. He joins the team in stealing a subterranean drill for Melmoth. Later that night, the moment he turns 16, he is forced by Melmoth through the Erdal Gate to Mars, where he is enslaved in the mines there. Later, when Frankenstein arrives on Mars he strikes Melmoth’s necromantic sigil from his hand, allowing Frankenstein to escape and free Billy and the other slaves. Returning to New York, he gets caught up in the Sheeda attack, and is saved by the Guardian. It is presumed he survives.

Powers and Abilities

Billy Beezer has no known superhuman powers or abilities. He is a human teenager of average intelligence and strength for his age.
