Cocheta Drisden

Creation

Cocheta Drisden was created in 1993 by writer Tom McCraw and artist Christopher Taylor. She made her first appearance in the DC Comics series Legion of Super-Heroes #51 – titled “A Li’l Legion Adventure”.

Origin

The space criminal from the 30th Century is the daughter of Grimbor the chains master and Charma the enthraller of men. Both being known criminals during they’re own time, Cocheta decided to take up crime herself following her parents own dangerous lifestyles.

Major Storylines

5-Year Gap/Five Years Later

During the timeline before Zero Hour Cocheta Drisden was originally working for as a Dominion agent. She had been having confrontations with Legion members while serving the orders of the Dominion.

Sometime later Cocheta appears attempting to escape the prison planet known as Takron-Galtos in the Milky Way galaxy. She has a small band of mind controlled male prisoners and guards and almost makes it to a S.P Cruiser to escape from planet side. She is stopped by female Science Police officers, who knowing her weakness as the inability to control females quickly take her down and bring her back in to her jailcell.

She is later shown on a United Planets news broadcast being transferred from Takron-Galtos to the underwater prison planet called Quarantine.

Powers and Abilities

Much like her mother’s Charma own powers Cocheta genetic mutation would allow her to be able to control the male sentient hominoids around her local vicinity. This ability was emitted from her involuntarily, she can turn her attention to an individual and that focus makes the effect even stronger. Males would be completely under her control even to the point of causing harm to their own loved ones if commanded to do so by Cocheta.
