Origin
Baron von Rotten was originally a Toon who takes up the role of playing the antagonist in movies, until an unfortunate accident causes him to think that he is the real villain. He begins his criminal career by robbing Toon Town’s First National Bank, killing Teddy Valiant via piano drop, and spreading stolen money all over town to buy the election for judge. After that, he became Judge Doom.
Major Story Arcs
After Judge Doom murdered Marvin Acme, him and his Toon Patrol arrived at the factory. Doom threatens himself as Roger Rabbit‘s executioner once he captures him with a mixture of turpentine, acetone, and benzene called “the Dip”. He demonstrates its acidic properties to Eddie Valiant by dipping a Toon shoe into the concoction, thus dissolving it fatally. While in the Terminal Bar, Doom uses the old “Shave and a Haircut” trick to lure Roger out so he can prepare for his execution, until Eddie stops him from doing it. That night, behind Maroon Cartoons, he aims his gun at R.K. Maroon, shoots him to death, and then, escapes. Later, Doom tells everyone about his plan to erase Toon Town off the map, build a freeway over it, retire from active duty as judge, and control all its profits for the new road system. During the fight with Eddie, he was flattened by a steamroller, but revealed his evil Toon-like nature to everybody. When his secret is out, Doom attempts to kill him, Roger, and Jessica Rabbit at the same time. Then, he got doused in his own Dip that melted him into a puddle. With Doom dead, everyone went back home.
