Khan-El

Creation

Khan-El was created as a part of DC’s Future State event by Phillip Kennedy-Johnson and Scott Godlewski. He made his first appearance in Future State: Superman: House of El #1.

History

Marrying Alura Van-El

Khan-El and Alura Van-El were holding their marriage ceremony with their family and friends (and were married by Superwoman) when Pyrrhos attacked. He sent everyone but Superwoman to the Phantom Zone. There, in the Phantom Zone, the group had to figure out how to get escape and how to defend themselves from the beings there. At one point, Khan-El was attacked, but he was saved when Cyborg Superman showed up. He led the group to a device which could get help them escape but, when the portal opened, ran off with said device. The group went through the portal, returned, saved Superwoman, and defeated Pyrrhos and his army for the time being.

Final Battle Against Pyrrhos

A couple years later, Khan-El, his wife, and their family and friends were gearing up to fight against Pyrrhos again and save planet Earth. During a break, he and Brandon Kent had a brief conversation where they empathized with each other, because Brandon worried about his daughter during the fight and Khan-El worried about Alura.

Towards the end of the battle, Superman showed up and took Pyrrhos away.

Death

Khan-El died with everyone else in the galaxy in Future State: Immortal Wonder Woman #2.

Powers

Khan-El possesses the standard Phaelosian powers. He is able to use/fight with a sword and is very good at hand-to-hand combat.
