HISTORY
Child actor Richy Waters is on a Mammoth film set owned by Mr. Wyngold. Richy sees one of the actors stopped by Rang-a-Tang when the disguised pro-Nazi Bundster tries to shoot Harly Shaplyn. The traitor turns on The Wonder Dog, hitting Rang with the butt of the rifle. Detective Speed goes to defend his dog when the Bundster shoots him. Richy tackles the traitor and subdues the man.
Hy recognizes Richy as The Amazing Boy of a series of films. Richy says he mostly does work as an extra. Detective Speed is taken to the hospital. Harly Shaplyn is discovered to be missing. Richy and Rang-a-Tang set out to rescue Shaplyn, who the Bundsters kidnapped. The pair track them to a scout camp where Richy and his troop are educated in living in the wild. Together, the scouts and Richy rescue Harly and defeat the Bundists.
